To delete your data, write to [email protected] from the email or the WhatsApp you contacted us with, or send us a WhatsApp message at +1 786 964 6884 saying "I want to delete my data".

What gets deleted

Your name, your business and your WhatsApp number from our conversations.
If you contracted a system: your account and everything loaded into it, after handing you an exported copy if you ask for one.

How long it takes

We confirm the request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days at most. We let you know when it is done.

What the law requires us to keep

Payment receipts are kept for as long as tax regulations require, with no additional data.

Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp)

If you wrote to us through an ad or WhatsApp Business, in addition to the above you can delete the conversation from your own WhatsApp. Data that Meta collects on its own is governed by Meta's policy.
